For the first time in 17 years Hillary Clinton is not the most admired woman in America. Michelle Obama is bumping Clinton from the top of the list in the 2018 Gallup Poll. The former First Lady has been traveling around the nation promoting her memoir, “Becoming.” Her husband, former President Barack Obama, is the most admired man in America. He earned 19 percent in the Gallup poll. He has held that title for 11 straight years. If he wins it again next year, he will match the record held by another former president, Dwight Eisenhower.

President Trump was in second place with 13 percent. The only former president since the poll began in 1946 who has never held the top spot while he was president is Gerald Ford. Oprah Winfrey was in second place for the women, slipping past Clinton who was third. George W. Bush placed third for the men.
