The 2016 “Earth Day Indiana” Festival

On Sat., April 23, 2016   4 & 11 a.m. 100+ exhibitors await you in a larger home this year—Military Park — for a free Earth-lovin’ event that features exhibitors, activities, workshops, plenty of performances and a new event this year which is a 5K Run/Walk mainly along the White River aptly called “The Recycle Run 5K!” The 5K steps-off at Noon. New this year: For the first time, Spotlight tickets are free (with donation at the event). Thanks to the generosity of the board and staff of The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis, you can attend the performance gala of the season – and see 19 different performances, all in one night!  From tango to burlesque, spoken word to jazz, drag queens to chamber music, Spotlight 2016 has something entertaining for everyone. Visit the Clowes Memorial Hall box to  get your free tickets before they are all gone! (Up to 4 tickets per person.)  For more than 20 years, Spotlight has raised funds for The Indiana AIDS Fund, a fundraising program of The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis. All proceeds received from Spotlight 2016 will benefit the Indiana AIDS Fund, which provides grants to Indiana organizations who provide critical HIV/AIDS prevention services across Indy and across the state.
