The John Wooten Leadership Awards Celebrates Players From HBCU's

 

The John Wooten Leadership Awards is a celebration of diversity in the NFL and has quickly emerged as one  of the most must attend events during the sports biggest weekend.

Everett Glenn is the President of ESP Education and Leadership Institute. He talks to Tom Joyner Morning Show about the celebration that will include a salute to players from HBCUs who have contributed to Super Bowl history.

“On the 50th anniversary of the SuperBowl we just thought it was appropriate, while they celebrate everyone else, they celebrate whose backs they stand on,” Glenn said.
