“Straight Outta Compton” is now a record-setter as it wins the box office for a third straight weekend. The rap biopic about the early days of N.W.A pulled in over 13-million dollars. With a domestic total of over 134-million dollars, it’s now the highest-grossing musical biopic, surpassing the Johnny Cash drama “Walk the Line.” Coming in a surprising second place this week is the low-budget, faith-based film “War Room” which debuted at 11-million dollars. “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation” is third, followed by “No Escape” and “Sinister 2.”
