The “Cos” must speak again. Comedian Bill Cosby is being ordered to give a sworn deposition in the lawsuit accusing him of abusing a 15-year-old at the Playboy Mansion. The order was entered Tuesday by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, and states he will be submitting to questions under oath from lawyers of his accuser, Judy Huth, on October 9th. She will then answer questions from Cosby’s lawyers on October 15th.
The California Supreme Court denied the comedian’s petition to review the case, back in July, which took place more than four decades ago in the 1970s. Judy Huth is one of the dozens of women coming forward claiming Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted them over the years. He has repeatedly denied the accusations and has never been criminally charged.
