The NFL player’s union isn’t wasting any time challenging Tom Brady’s four-game suspension in federal court. The NFL Players Association announced today that it has a filed a petition in Minnesota seeking to overturn the suspension. The union says the evidence against Brady was “paper-thin” and that the appeal hearing heard by Commissioner Roger Goodell defied any concept of fundamental fairness. Brady issued a statement on Facebook on Wednesday saying he’s “very disappointed” by the NFL’s decision.
