Just because the Indiana Pacers aren’t in this year’s NBA Playoffs doesn’t mean that one of the team’s star players can’t make an impact. Pacers star Paul George did just that–he made an impact and headlines over the weekend off the court. On Sunday, George made a sizable donation to Daisy Esterline. Daisy is an eleven-year-old girl with cerebral palsy that George had visited at Riley Hospital for Children in February. George donated $10,000 to Daisy’s family to help them purchase a new van that would allow them to transport their daughter places she needs to go.
