Tortilleria La Nina

Triangular shaped tortillas were created by Rebecca Webb Carranza. She fried the discarded tortillas that were cut into triangle shapes, and later they became a popular snack. In 1994, she received the Golden Tortilla award, for her contribution to the Mexican food industry. You can check out some amazing dip recipes below.
