After watching “Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B” many fans were very angry with the cast, Wendy Williams, and anyone who was involved in this film. Both Wendy Williams and Alexandra Shipp, who plays Aaliyah in the movie, really felt the heat. Many people did not agree with Alexandra Shipp playing Aaliyah including people that were really close to her like Timbaland. Timbaland made fun of the entire film via Instagram and he wasn’t the only one. Alexandra Shipp talks about being bullied via social media about her role as Aaliyah below.
