The star of VH1’s “Real Chance of Love” and “I Love New York,” has suffered a major setback in his battle with cancer.
According to TMZ, Ahmad “Real” Givens is once again back on chemotherapy after doctors discovered that his tumors had spread.
Real’s cancer has worsened in his liver and lungs according to his brother, Chance. He also tells us Real just had surgery to implant a port that will administer the chemo. Reportedly, doctors made him stop taking medical marijuana, which he was using for pain, because the tumors have grown.
Last year, Real announced that he was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. In December, he underwent surgery to have tumors removed but doctors discovered that their diagnosis was wrong and Real was suffering from rectal cancer
The reality star has been very open with his cancer battle and often shares videos and tweets updating fans on his progress.
