Jay Z and Beyonce are reportedly looking for a more permanent residence on the west coast. TMZ says the couple is eyeing an massive, 85-million-dollar estate in Beverly Hills. Sources tell the site that Jay and Bey checked out the cliffside property two times during their stay in Los Angeles over the summer. Apparently the family was renting another mansion paying 200-thousand-dollars-per-month, and decided it was time to start looking for a place of their own. Earlier this year, “New York Post” reported that the Queen Bey was spotted hunting for apartments by herself in Chelsea. At the time, it spurred along rumors that the two were considering a divorce.
