Ever since “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Apollo Nida was arrested for fraud, speculation has been swirling that not only was his wife Phaedra Parks involved, but his co-star and reality TV BFF Peter Thomas had something to do with it too.
Well Peter and his wife, Cynthia Bailey set the record straight and said he’s not involved at all.
Cynthia told JET magazine:
I can’t speak on Apollo, but I can say that Peter Thomas doesn’t have anything to do with a bank fraud scandal to my knowledge. The feds are not sitting outside of our house. That is just not accurate information, and this is the first time that I have heard rumors that Peter is involved in any way.
Peter also spoke out about Apollo’s legal woes shortly after his arrest. He told Sister 2 Sister magazine:
“I don’t know nothing about it. I have absolutely no comment on his arrest. He’s a really nice guy.”
