National-Black-HIV-AIDS-Awareness-Day-Logo-3_Standard

Today is National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD). Observed yearly on February 7, this is a HIV testing and treatment community mobilization initiative for Blacks in the United States and across the African Diaspora. The day has a four-pronged focus for improved health regarding HIV–Get Educated, Get Tested, Get Involved, and Get Treated. To get involved today, there’s a Twitter town hall addressing stopping HIV/AIDS in the Black community at 12 noon Eastern Time. Use hashtags #NBHAADchat and #NBHAAD.
