Public Enemy Perform At Indigo 2 In London

Looks like Flavor Flav has landed back in headlines for his legal woes. The rapper-turned-reality-star was reportedly arrested Thursday for speeding with a suspended license on the way to his mother, Anna Drayton’s funeral.

According to USA Today, the 54-year-old Public Enemy member was pulled over for driving 79 mph in a 55 mph zone — in addition to possession of a small amount of marijuana and charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Not to mention, authorities discovering that Flav had 16 current suspensions on his license.

Police issued a desk appearance ticket in order for him to proceed to his mother’s funeral, who passed away on Dec. 31.

Upon discovering Ms. Drayton’s death, he took to his personal Twitter account to thank fans for their condolences.
