Trayvon Martin’s Parents To Pen Book
The parents of slain Florida teen, Trayvon Martin, plan to tell their son’s story in a book like they never have before. While Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin will reveal the extreme sadness they suffered after his tragic and sudden death in February 2012, the focus of the book is said to be the faith that helped them cope and get through it. In the book, they will also tell details that they have never shared before on what they experienced during the trial for Trayvon’s shooter, George Zimmerman. He claimed self-defense and was given a shocking Not Guilty verdict for second-degree murder and manslaughter in July. They have already met with publishers who say the meetings with Sybrina and Tracy were “somber” and “moving.”
