There’s another puppy in the White House!
Welcome Sunny, another Portuguese water dog into the Obama family! She’ll be joining Bo, who just turned five in October, she’ll be joining in official duties like visiting Walter Reed and the National Medical Center and appearing at the annual national Easter Egg Roll.
Just after Bo’s birthday, President Obama made mention that Bo would probably remain an only child, stating that “for now, one dog’s probably enough”. That was then…and now, it looks like “two’s company”!
The Obamas celebrated Sunny’s arrival by making a donation to the Washington Humane Society.
