The judge at the center of Paris Jackson‘s custody case has ordered an investigation into Paris’ attempted suicide, to determine if her welfare has been compromised reports TMZ.
Katherine Jackson and her nephew T. J. Jackson share custody of the teen and the judge is concerned about the supervision and guidance Paris is getting.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff has asked an investigator in the probate court — where the guardianship was established — to “prepare a written report and include therein any recommendations relating to the minor child’s health, education and welfare.”
Could this have anything to do with guardian T.J. Jackson who is supposed to be watching the teen and her brothers with their 83-year-old grandma, Katherine is now living almost two hours away from the family’s Calabasas home?
MJ’s only daughter who overdosed and cut herself earlier this week, was scheduled to testify at her father’s wrongful death lawsuit trial, will not take the stand for now reports the NY Daily News.
But right now, as the 15-year-old remains hospitalized, “no one is even considering the possibility” of putting her on the stand in the Michael Jackson trial, a source told the Daily News.
The teen has been reportedly suffering from depression for some time and it was just a matter of time before she cracked.
People mag’s source says Paris has found it especially difficult to cope in the weeks leading up to the fourth anniversary of MJ’s death June 25.
“She was the center of Michael’s world, and it’s all different now. She says that she is lonely and that she doesn’t feel loved.”
This girl clearly needs some help and hopefully everyone around her has her best interest at heart.
