In response to Alt-Right leader Richard Spencer's upcoming speech at Texas A&M on Tuesday, students, alums, faculty, members of the community and the administration plan to hold a counter-event at Kyle Field, the campus football stadium in College Station, Texas.
Texas A&M officials apologized to black and Latino high school students who were racially taunted while touring the campus. Meanwhile, the university's students have launched a letter writing campaign to say the incident doesn't reflect the school's character.
Thomas Johnson reportedly stabbed a jogger to death at random, leaving police with more questions than answers about the incident.
