A group of Indianapolis bar and nightclub owners are suing the city of Indianapolis and the Marion County Public Health Department over restrictions imposed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did," said Jess Gregory, one of the woman who was turned away.
