A Chicago teen has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl that was streamed on Facebook Live.
Police have not identified the victims, but the Facebook Live stream was uploaded by a T.J. Williams around 9 p.m. on the social media site, and has over 97,000 views.
