For the first time ever there will be no Boston Marathon this year. Mayor Marty Walsh has canceled the event due to coronavirus, but runners will still be able to participate virtually. They’re being asked to finish a marathon within six hours between September 7th and 14th. The marathon’s cancelation comes after it was originally postponed from April to September.
