Study links long hours to Strokes
There’s new research that suggests that working long hours can raise your risk of having a stroke. The American Heart Association says working over ten hours a day, once a week, could increase the chance of stroke by 45 percent. Researchers say people over the age of 50 who’ve been working long hours for over ten years are at the highest risk.
If you’re in that category, it’s time for you to pull back a little or get another job.
