John Legend Takes On Mass Shootings, Police Brutality In Latest Music Video
John Legend is taking on a number of politically-charged topics in his latest music video. He released a new video on Friday for his song, Preach. It looks at a handful of issues in America, including school shootings, children being separated from their parents at the border, and police brutality against African-Americans. The video is also the first to utilize YouTube’s newest fundraising feature. It asks people to use the hashtag “cant just preach” on social media platforms to encourage people to donate to Free America, Legend’s non-profit organization that works toward ending mass incarceration in the U.S.
