Obamacare isn’t going anywhere for right now. The judge who recently declared the healthcare law unconstitutional has issued another ruling allowing it to remain in effect while his ruling is appealed. Several weeks ago, U.S. District Court Judge Reed O’Connor ruled that the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate is unconstitutional, and therefore the whole law is invalid. California’s Attorney General Xavier Becerra is leading 17 attorneys general in the appeal process and they asked O’Connor to issue the order.
