T-Pain is being a real pain to his neighbors

According to TMZ.com, T-Pain is causing a disturbance in his neighborhood and it’s not with music.
Leon County in Tallahassee issued T-Pain 2 citations last week to clean up his front yard, or face fines that could cost up to $20k per day.
The county had a public hearing last month that made T-Pain seem as though he’s a hoarder, a slob and that the lawn needs basic landscaping.
