TMZ.com is reporting that Katt may be the victim of a double-dipper. There has been a cluster of lawsuits filed against the comedian, but this particular case involved a $3M lawsuit filed by Ashima Franklin. According the original lawsuit obtained by TMZ.com Katt bragged about having “million dollar bitches” … then turned his rage on Ashima, saying … “Why am I sitting here with this hillbilly, Alabama, backwoods ass three dollar p**** bitch?” The next day, allegedly, Katt and 2 women attacked her -and Katt blocked her from leaving.
Katt is claiming BS because he says that he’s already paid the settlement and apparently Ashima has signed the agreement.
Maybe her lawyer didn’t know?
