The Gaither's-Judge Geoffrey and Atty KiKi GaitherOur “Legal Eagles” stopped by “Access Indy” Sunday to go Behind The Headlines on the results of the second trial of an officer from the Baltimore Police Department in death case of Baltimore’s Freddie Gray.  Gray was the 25-year-old black man who died while in police custody after suffering severe injuries which included a severed spine and neck. Gray’s death was the catalyst that sparked several days of civil unrest in Baltimore and prompted mass protest in other urban cities across the nation.  Indianapolis power-house legal husband and wife duo, Attorney KiKi Gaither of the Law Office of KiKi Gaither and Judge Geoffrey Gaither, Magistrate, Marion County Juvenile Superior Court spent some time with me to provide legal analysis of the result of this trial and why it turned out the way it did, addressing the black community’s emotions with the evidence and what we can expect next. The Gaither’s also tackled a turn in the legal wranglings of popular comedian Bill Cosby as he will now stand trial to address the rape allegations levied against him.
