According to TMZ –
The Former subway pitch man was assigned cafeteria duties at federal correctional institution Inglewood –
Other inmates thought he was getting special treatment and after he was beaten up in January officials decided to move him from the inmates cafeteria – to the correctional officer’s cafeteria.
