Tupac’s biopic is now in the center of a ten-million-dollar lawsuit. Production company Emmett Furia Oasis filed the lawsuit Wednesday, accusing Morgan Creek Products of choosing a lead actor for the film, a budget and a production schedule without their approval. They are seeking ten-million-dollars in damages and are claiming breaches of contract. The film is currently in preproduction stages, expected to kick off production in early December.
