She explained one of the most scariest situations in her life involving her husband, Vincent, when he was rushed to the hospital after later finding out that he had had seven blood clots. Tamar even gave some tips to the audience to move around if you are in the same spot or position for too long. Also, she explained that you don’t have to have a blood condition to get blood clots.
