Maybe it’s a ‘motivational tactic’ or maybe he believes he can, but Michael Jordan, at 52 mind you, says he’s pretty sure that he could beat the players of a team he owns one-on-one. In an interview with France’sL’Equipe he said that he could beat a player on the Charlotte Hornets in a one-on-one match-up.
“I’m pretty sure I can,” he said. “So I don’t want to do that and demolish their confidence. So I stay away from them, I let them think they’re good… but I’m too old to do that anyway.”
Well at least he ‘kinda acknowledges’ that Father time IS undefeated. But if you can give him, say, 3 months to get in shape…”you never know”
