Leonardo Dicaprio is taking legal action against a French tabloid. TMZ says the actor is suing the gossip publication “Oops” for its May 28th article about his rumored romance with pop star Rihanna. The story claims Leo got Rihanna pregnant and is now refusing to accept paternity. The actor’s attorneys call the story “pure fantasy,” saying the magazine refused to take down the article even after Leo’s reps called them to refute it. The actor is reportedly asking for 18-thousand euros in damages.
