A judge has decided Bobby Brown and Pat Houston (Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law) need to work together when making decisions about Bobbi Kristina Brown’s health.
Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh ruled that Brown and Houston are now co-guardians for the 22-year-old. She was found unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31. Since then she was in a coma for nearly three months and was transferred from an Atlanta hospital to a rehab center where she is currently getting treatment. Bobby filed for guardianship over Bobbi Kristina last month.
His lawyer, Christopher Brown, along with Pat’s lawyer David Long-Daniel released a joint statement and said both are “delighted” with the ruling.
When it comes to her assets, attorney Bedelia Hargrove “is responsible for Krissi’s assets, including her likeness, rights and legal claims,” according to the statement released to People Friday evening.
