Besides music, Macy Gray has stepped into the film industry with her latest independent drama film “Where The Children Play.”Leila Djani is the writer and director behind the film along with co-stars Teyonah Parris, Edwina Finley and Leon.
The film is about a young lady named Bellissima Mccain, who left her family and town to return specifically for her mother’s funereal. After returning home, other tasks were added to her agenda including taking care of her abusive sick father.
Recently, the Urban Movie Channel picked up Macy Gray’s movie for distribution. The trailer has not been released as of yet but below is a photo of a scene with Macy Gray as Helen Harold and Teyonah Parris as Bellissima Mccain.
