After a heated week that landed Indiana in the headlines over the local and national firestorm that followed the signing into law of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and this week’s demand to get it FIXED, Indiana Governor Mike Pence ordered a “clarification” by the legislature. The Indiana business community rallied around that proposed “fix” ahead of this weekend’s NCAA Men’s Final Four event in Indy and Pence signed non-discriminatory language into law to accompany Indiana’s version of RFRA.  But what does that mean? And, does it deliver to the Lesbian Gay Bi- and Transgendered (LGBT) community, and others, what they’re seeking?
