"The Houstons: On Our Own" Series Premiere Party

Reports are now surfacing that there were reportedly drugs found in Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Roswell, Georgia home that she shared with husband Nick Gordon. A family source has told TMZ.com the discovery was made during a second, more thorough search of the property. An unnamed law enforcement source admits authorities suspected drugs played a role in the daughter of late singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s near-drowning which may have prompted the secondary search. Police haven’t said what they’ve uncovered.  But they apparently seized a number of things from the home.

While the Brown and Houston families continue to hold vigil, there is word that Bobbi Kristina may be showing signs of improvement in an Atlanta-area hospital. A source close to the family tells CNN, Bobbi Kristina, opened and closed her eyes a few times Monday–just two days after she was placed in a medically-induced coma after being pulled from underwater in a bathtub in her home. Reports indicate that she was unconscious and her heart wasn’t beating. According to CNN, the source said doctors told family members not to read too much into the eye movement, adding that Brown had also experienced some seizures Monday.

You may recall…earlier on Monday, the family released a statement saying Bobbi Kristina was still “fighting for her life” and reiterated her father singer Bobby Brown’s earlier request for privacy during this difficult time.  Next week marks the third anniversary of Whitney Houston’s death. In an eerie coincidence, Houston was found unresponsive in a bathtub at a Beverly Hills hotel on February 11th, 2012.  She was 48 years old.
