Attorney General Eric Holder is appealing for calm as a Missouri grand jury decides whether to charge a white Ferguson police officer for killing an unarmed black teenager.   Tensions are running high in Ferguson and around the nation as the pubic awaits the grand jury’s announcement, which could come at any time. CNN is reporting though a decision was not reached on Friday when the grand jury last met, their sources are not telling them when the members are scheduled to reconvene again. Their task is to decide whether Officer Darren Wilson will face criminal charges for the August shooting death of 18 year old Michael Brown.  In a video news release, Holder said his department has released new guidelines for police departments to follow on how to maintain order during protests.  He also offered protesters guidance by reminding them that history has shown that the “most successful and enduring movements for change are those that adhere to non-aggression and non-violence.”  Watch Holder and hear his insights in the video below:
