The bi-yearly event, Devour Downtown kicks off today with over 30 participating restaurants in downtown Indianapolis offering special priced three-course menus.
There are no coupons necessary. In order to participate you simply visit the restaurant you want to go to and ask for the “Devour” menu.
The event lasts until Aug. 31.
