Over the past few days, a video of a father beating his daughter has went viral.

The video shows a father confronting his daughter after she went missing for three days. When he finds her, she has on a skin tight dress and has spent the last three days with friends. The man whooped the 13 year old with a belt while pulling her hair and calling her a whore and the B-word.
A debate has followed on social media about the video and whether or not this type of discipline is appropriate.
Many people consider this child abuse, but there are still others who support this type of ‘old school’ discipline.
Do the old school rules still apply today, especially when this type of treatment can be posted on line.
