While Colts fans wait for more information to come out about Jim Irsay’s DUI arrest Sunday night, a video has been released of the NFL team owner being escorted into jail.
Irsay was released earlier this afternoon at about 1:30p.m. on a $22,500 bail. He’s now looking at four felony counts including driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. He’s scheduled to appear in court on March 26 at 1:15 in the Magistrate Court located at the Hamilton County Courthouse.
The Indianapolis Colts also released a statement concerning the ordeal that read:
“We are gathering information at this time regarding last night’s incident involving Jim Irsay,” read a statement released by the Colts. The team will issue additional statements when the facts are sorted and we are aware of the next steps to this process. Many fans have reached out to express their concern and we appreciate their support.”

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested in Carmel after being spotted by police driving erratically. Police pulled him over late Sunday night in the area of 131st Street and Horseferry Road. He faces preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance according to media reports and Hamilton County Jail officials. Irsay was taken to the Hamilton County Jail and his bond has been set at $22,500.
