Published reports say that NY Jets tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. has been accused of masturbating in a Target parking lot before being arrested for possessing synthetic marijuana.
The incident occurred New Jersey in November 2013.
A 58-year-old woman alleged she saw Winslow masturbating in his vehicle.
The woman told police she pulled her car into a space next to his black Cadillac Escalade and while attempting to make small talk with Winslow, she noticed his genitals was exposed and erect.
