Dwayne Wade and ex-wife Siohvaughn have finally reached a divorce settlement after a bitter divorce battle. A Chicago judge granted $5 million, their marital home, and four cars to  Siohvaughn.

According to “As Gossip Extra” Wade was paying his ex-wife, $25,000 per month including her travel expenses when she lost custody to her two boys and had visitation days in Miami

In 2011, Zion and Zaire were granted to stay with their father and Siohvaughn was only allowed to visit on weekends.

Recently, Siohvaughn sued Wade’s for $1 million after he failed to pay her from endorsements and other income according to a filed suit in Cook County Circuit Court. The lawsuit was later dropped by her lawyers without her knowledge she said.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Siohvaughn is suing Wade, his attorney, his financial adviser and companies for failing to put the money into their joint bank account and hid the extra funds from her.

The lawsuit claims, the NBA champion, agents and attorneys made an “end run” in the agreement and decided “when and how much of those funds should be deposited into the mutually agreed upon account.”

Siohvaughn claims that the she is unable to pay her mortgage and her car note and needs the funds to stabilize her life.

In May, Siohvaughn spoke to Dr. Phil about her divorce and how she was disgusted by the court system when she needed support for her children, “Well a lot of it had to do with Mr. Wade’s celebrity and a lot of it had to do with his money. But I’ve seen the court system in a way that I’ve never seen it before. I went into that place hoping to get help for my children and I, but I found judges in the courtroom quoting statistics for Mr. Wade. They would speak about him as if they were introducing the starting lineup for a basketball game.”

The ex-wife also said that stories about her were planted by his publicist so that he could make her look bad, “Well, my ex-husband had a publicist. And as far as the records reveal, it (the retainer fee) may have been approximately $20,000 per month. When you’re able to pay someone that amount of money a month to plant your stories…”

Gabrielle Union recently tweeted, “‪#Family We all we got man RT ‪@therealpecas: Life is just weird. Plus I’m just tired.”
