Although many people are looking to him to be her savior, Roc Nation boss and mentor, Jay-Z, says that he will not stage an intervention for Rihanna.

Despite all the late nights, drinking and rumored (and actual) drug abuse, Jay believes RiRi needs to learn for herself.
