The TJMS Report: Man Shot at Student Center at Morgan State
Authorities say a man has been shot in the student center on the campus of Morgan State University. Police say the gunman is still at large.
Baltimore and Morgan State University police say the shooting was reported about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday. Baltimore police say the victim was not a student.
