A photo that surfaced of Erykah Badu apparently offended some Muslim groups who say Erykah was an unsuitable role model for placing the tattoos on her. It was said that the tats on her shoulders were temporary and was the name of Allah. For this action she was banned for a performance that she was earlier scheduled for.
