The Bloomington Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding two people involved in the Monday night incident in downtown Bloomington in which two other people were injured after being thrown from a vehicle.
A man said he was almost lynched over the July 4 weekend at Lake Monroe in Bloomington. He said a group of people physically assaulted him and threatened him using racially-charged language.
