Ethan Couch, 18, the North Texas teen found responsible for a drunk-driving crash that killed four people in 2013, and his mother, Tonya, 48, were captured Monday at 6 p.m. in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a spokesperson for the Jalisco state prosecutor's office told ABC News.
