A phone call from rapper Diamond helps Dondria get out of rehearsals early so she can kick it with her boo at a barbecue in the video for “Shawty Wus Up,” the second single from the So So Def singer’s debut album Dondria vs. Phatfffat (Aug. 17).
Jermaine Dupri’s protégée has been tapped to open for Trey Songz and Monica on the “Passion, Pain & Pleasure Tour,” beginning Aug. 6.
