Halle Berry Files Court Docs to Force Olivier Martinez to Attend Co-Parenting Therapy

The exes are still butting heads.
Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez finalized their divorce almost a year ago, but they are still tangled in court.
In new court papers, Berry is accusing Martinez of “failure to comply” with their co-parenting therapy agreement regarding their son Maceo, which was set at the end of May.
According to the court papers, Martinez wanted to take the “summer off” from the sessions.
Berry is hoping that the court papers will force Martinez to “continue in co-parenting therapy in August.”
