This is another example of cops not quite knowing the guidelines of their job. In Seattle Washington it was stated that a cop spots two females “jaywalking” and tries to stop them and give a citation. What the video shows is an argument between the women and the cop and the cop is obviously the aggressor. Warning Video contains strong language and violence
